Settling In
Your first night is spent at Chinderera — settling in, meeting the Team, getting a feel for the place.
On To Bhanga Nek
After your morning cruise round the Kosi lakes, Bhanga Nek is your next port of call. Here Trevor will guide, host and cater for you, and help you settle into the community camp where you will stay overnight. Next morning after breakfast, you can enjoy a ride on a raffia palm kayak, and experience the traditional way of travelling on the lake. Or take in a beach walk - this is real walking with stretches of untouched beach and coastal sand forest to explore.
Back to Chinderera
After a quick boat ride back to the jetty, you'll be in time for lunch at Chinderera, where you can share your experiences with family and friends back home.
Booking Essential
This experience has limited capacity and needs advance booking — the boat, the camp, and our guide all need advance booking to arrange your adventure. Turtle season (November to February) can be included in the package for even greater memories.
