Kosi Bay is off the beaten track — not the kind of place with a tourist office on the corner or a menu of pre-packaged tours. Tell us your dates and what you’re hoping to find here, and we’ll help you plan a stay that actually fits. This isn’t an automated booking system. It’s Pam or Bill, replying personally, usually within 24 hours.
The earlier you book, the better we can arrange things on the ground — Trevor and our local guides work other commitments too, and advance notice means we can make sure the right people are free for you.
Our Rate
R3,880 per person per night, dinner, bed and breakfast. Children pay 75% of the adult rate.
Most guests arrive in the afternoon, so lunch on arrival day isn’t needed — and on activity days, lunch is either out with you on the water and beach, or included in your package. If you’d like a lodge lunch on a quieter day, just ask — we’re happy to arrange it, charged separately.
One rate applies across all our units.
Booking & Cancellation
A 50% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 2 weeks before arrival.
Cancel more than 30 days before arrival and 50% of monies paid is forfeited. Cancel 29 days or less before arrival — including a no-show — and 100% of monies paid is forfeited.
We ask you to be sure of your dates before booking, and we’re always happy to talk it through with you first.
