Food is a great way of offering guests something different, and that’s what we do at Chinderera. Our pan-African cuisine has a modern twist, tweaked for the Western palate, and shows the diverse nature of African flavours. Sometimes spicy, often aromatic, and always interesting. Curries and other dishes are prepared with fruits, chillies and peanuts, but always moderately spicy with a view to creating food that guests will enjoy. We cater for vegetarians and vegans, and we are able to accommodate various intolerance requests, depending on local availability. Some produce is locally grown organically, like our homegrown herbs, and fruits, and we like to offer these to guests wherever possible.
